This promotion is issued by Sim Formula Europe, based in Maastricht in collaboration with Alchemy Invest, based in Maastricht, both in the Netherlands. By entering this promotion you agree that you will be legally bound by both these terms and conditions. The following promotion conditions are applicable:

1. Participation in the promotion is free. Participation takes place after a participant has responded to the promotion.  
2. Facebook and Instagram are not a party in this promotion.
3. Each participant can participate only once in this promotion.
4. Participants are required to provide correct information when participating in the promotion. Sim Formula Europe is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete data entered by the participant or winner. If the prize won cannot be sent, it will be returned to Sim Formula Europe.
5. Participants in the promotion must comply with the Advertising Code Social Media.
6. The duration of the promotion is January 9th through January 17th until 14.30h, 2021.
7. To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 13 years. If participants are between 13 and 18 years, the participant declares that he or she has obtained permission from a parent or guardian to participate in the contest. 
8. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer algorithm.  
9. The winner will be announced in the live broadcast of L1 Television and twitch.tv/rFactorLive on Sunday, January 17th, 2021 and also via our Facebook page and Instagram page. The winner will also receive a personal notification via the email address that was entered in the promotion.
10. Sim Formula Europe may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period, or change the promotion without giving any reason, unless this leads to a disadvantage for the participant.
11. There will be no correspondence about the results.
12. The prize is personal and in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for money or for other products or services. In the event of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or the conditions attached to the prize, the prize will not be awarded. The Provider is then entitled to select another winner.
13. Employees of the Promoter may not enter the promotion, nor may the 10 finalist of the event InterClassics Virtual Dutch GP 2021.  
14. Sim Formula Europe handles the delivery of the prize.
15. The winner can claim the prize up to 1 months after the announcement. After this period the claim to the prize automatically expires.
    
16. The personal data obtained in the context of this promotion are used by Sim Formula Europe and Alchemy Invest within this framwork and are not provided to third parties. This information is used to name the prize and to send the prize to the winners. This information is also used to send invitations for future events, analyzing statistics and sending a newsletter after participating in the promotion. Of course you can always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these e-mails, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the relevant e-mail or sending an e-mail to diana@simformula.eu. Sim Formula Europe and Alchemy Invest do not keep your data longer than necessary to achieve these goals.
17. Sim Formula Europe and Alchemy Invest acts with promotions in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Gambling of 2014.
18. Dutch law applies to these conditions.
19. Participants who do not meet the above conditions can be excluded from participation.
20. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be taken by Sim Formula Europa and Alchemy Invest.
21. No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The prize will be send by track & trace. In case of loss during delivery, the prize can not be replaced. Winner is not entitled to compensation.
22. In the event of fraud or unlawful influencing of the promotion, Sim Formula Europe reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award the prize and / or to cancel the prize.
23. Sim Formula Europe and Alchemy Invest and the third parties cooperating with it cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this promotion and / or the prize made available by Sim Formula Europe and Alchemy Invest.
